Victorian State Manager: Adam Croucher

Leading non-bank Pepper Money has announced the appointment of Adam Croucher as the new State Manager for Victoria (VIC). Adam will officially join the Pepper Money family on Monday, April 15, 2024.

With over 24 years of experience in the banking industry, Adam brings a wealth of experience to Pepper Money. His tenure at Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) equipped him with valuable insights having held various management roles, including managing retail branches and leading third-party banking teams.

Pepper Money’s General Manager, Mortgages and Commercial Lending, Barry Saoud expressed his enthusiasm for Adam’s arrival and what the investment means for Pepper Money’s growth plans: “Adam’s leadership style is hands-on, empathetic, and results driven. His customer-centric approach aligns seamlessly with Pepper Money’s mission. He understands the challenges faced by brokers and is committed to delivering fast and innovative solutions through the third-party channel.

“We’re confident that Adam’s expertise will significantly contribute to our continued success. We’re excited to have someone of his calibre join our team to bolster our partnerships for the next phase of growth in Victoria,” he said.

Commenting on his appointment, Mr. Croucher said he was excited to be taking on the role: “It is a privilege to join the highly respected Pepper Money team and I’m thrilled to be reconnecting with brokers to help them thrive and succeed.”

On his move to the non-bank, Mr. Croucher said he was aligned to Pepper Money’s strong broker value proposition and mission: “I was drawn to Pepper Money because of its commitment to innovation and customer-centric solutions.
