Valuations
To ensure settlement is completed in time for the holidays, all applications will need to be:
- Formally approved by COB 6 December 2024.
- Documents returned by COB 13 December 2024.
We’ll be taking bookings between 27 - 31 December 2024; however, there will be limited capacity to settle. Of course, this is dependent on acceptance from third parties, including outgoing lenders and the seller’s solicitors.
New applications submitted on 24 and 31 December 2024 may not be assessed until the next business day, as we're closed from 1:00 pm (AEDT).
