Terms & Conditions for 'Response time challenge' Promotion

General

1. Information on how to enter and prize details forms part of these Terms and Conditions of Entry. Entry into the Draw constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. 

2. The Promoter is Pepper Money Limited (ABN 55 094 317 665) Level 27, 177 Pacific Highway, North Sydney NSW 2060, Australia (Promoter).

3. The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of the promotion is final and binding on every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into.

4. The Promotion is open from 06:00am AEST on Wednesday 24 July 2024 and closes at 5:00pm AEST on Thursday 25 July 2024 (Promotion Period).

Eligibility

5. Entry is open to registered attendees of the Australian Automotive Dealer Association (AADA) event on 24 and 25 July 2024 at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, Melbourne VIC Australia (Eligible Entrant). Whether a person is an Eligible Entrant is determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.

6. To enter the promotion Eligible Entrants must, within the Promotion Period, accurately provide all information requested via the entry form made available to them by the Promoter.

7. Eligible Entrants can submit submit one entry only via the entry form provided and can attempt as many times to reach the fastest response time challege.

Prizes

8. There are two prizes to be won. Each prize is worth one $400 gift card for Adrenaline Experiences (Adrenaline) found at www.adrenaline.com.au. (Prize).  Terms & Conditions (adrenaline.com.au) Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be refunded. Adrenaline Adventure vouchers will remain valid for 5 years (60 months) from the date of purchase, subject to the following:  

• If the Adventure Voucher is not booked and taken within 18 months the amount paid for the voucher will be preserved for a further 42 months but the adventure supplier will not be obliged to offer the adventure nor to offer the adventure at the same price. 
• After 18 months, if the price of the adventure has increased, an additional amount will need to be paid at the time of booking. 
• After 18 months, if the adventure is no longer available, the value of the voucher can be used on another Adrenaline adventure. The total prize pool is valued at $800 including GST as of publishing date of these terms and conditions (Prize).

Once an Adventure Voucher has expired the voucher cannot be extended under any circumstances. Expired vouchers are non-refundable in whole or in part. After a voucher has expired, it is no longer valid, and all transaction attempts will be declined. Any unused value at the date of expiry will become the property of Adrenaline. 

The expiry date is clearly displayed on all Gift Vouchers and valid for 5 years (60 months) from the date of purchase.  

9. This promotion is a game of chance. The winner for one Prize will be the fastest response time produced during the Promotion Period. The winner for the second Prize will be randomly drawn by the Promoter at 3:00PM AEST on Friday 26 July 2024 (Draw Date). The winner will be notified, and prizes communicated shortly thereafter.

10. The prize is not exchangeable or transferable and non-cash prizes are not redeemable for cash. The Promotor shall not be liable for prizes being lost, stolen, damaged or tampered with in any way before or after the winners have claimed and received their prize.

11. The Promoter reserves the right to redraw in the event of a drawn entrant being unable to satisfy any part of these terms and conditions, forfeiting or otherwise not claiming a prize. Should this occur, the Promoter will conduct a second draw for any unclaimed Prize, with the winner notified and the prize issued shortly thereafter.

12. If the Promoter is unable to provide a winner with the nominated Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to supply an alternative prize of similar monetary value.

Promoter’s Disclaimer

13. The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or a consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking any prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. 

14. The Promotion including these Terms and Conditions may be amended or withdrawn at any time at the absolute discretion of the Promoter, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority. Unless otherwise advised, this Promotion is not available in conjunction with any other discount or promotional offer.

Personal Information

15. As a condition of entry, entrants acknowledge that all entries become and remain the property of the Promoter, who may publish or cause to be published the entrant's name and entry for any commercial purpose, including future promotional marketing and publicity purposes, and otherwise consents to having the content of their entry and name published by the Promoter online, via social media or any other medium.

16. Any information entrants provide (including Personal Information) will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of administering this Promotion and contacting and verifying the winners. Entry is conditional on providing this information.

17. The Promoter may, for the purpose of administering this Promotion, disclose an entrant’s personal information to its contractors and agents. The Promoter may also disclose personal information to others including as required by Australian regulatory authorities. The collection, use and disclosure of personal information provided in connection with this Promotion is governed by the Promoter’s privacy policy.

18. Eligible Entrants may request that they not receive further marketing communications from the Promoter at any time by electing to ‘opt out’ by using the ‘unsubscribe’ function on any marketing materials received.
